Refund Policy

  • Returns

    At SMOK, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as when they left our warehouse and are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (this policy does not apply to any items designated as non-returnable on our website).

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@smoktech.com. You will be provided with a shipping address and will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage during transit.

    Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and adult signature fee.

    For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

    • • Atomizers (such as RDA & Tanks)
    • • Disposable Vapes
    • • Replacement Pods & Coils (if temper foil is broken)
    • • Replacement Coils (if temper seal is broken)
    • • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

    • • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Incorrectly Shipped Items / Damaged in Transit

    If we have incorrectly shipped an item or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at support@smoktech.com. within 48 hours of receiving your package. Attach photos of the item and the packing slip, as well as any damage to the outer packaging. Failure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package will be considered as no issue.

  • Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item(s). Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase on our website.
